Join us on the water this spring to experience the lifelong sport of paddling. This three-tiered program, based upon the nationally recognized CanoeKids system, will introduce new children to the FUNdementals of paddling, while offering plenty of opportunities for returning paddlers to build upon their existing skills and try new things. The core program, which takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Long Lake boathouse, will use pleasure canoes and recreational kayaks to develop a strong foundation in balance, propulsion, boat control, and safety knowledge. Kids looking for some extra time on the water can also sign up for additional lessons in outrigger canoeing on Fridays (Brechin), and/or large team boats on Saturdays.

Teens: Ages 13-18
